Instructions:

To use Soltura™, all you need is a computer with speakers, a microphone, and internet access.

Active users can follow these simple steps to schedule and place a call using Soltura™ :


Log In

1 :: Log into the Soltura™ system at www.solturalanguages.com with your email address and password.


Schedule a Conversation

1 :: Navigate to "Manage Schedule".

2 :: Browse the various language experts' schedules by selecting an expert's name in the drop down list and clicking "Submit".

3 :: Select any available time.

*NOTE: You will have credits deducted upon scheduling.


Make Your Call

1 :: Launch the Soltura™ software from your computer's desktop. If you don't see a desktop icon, click here.

2 :: Log into Skype (which will be automatically launched).

3 :: Call veracruz_tutor at your scheduled time to reach your language expert.


Fill Out Survey

1 :: Once the Skype call has ended, a recorded version of the call will be uploaded to the Soltura system.

*Be sure not to close Soltura™ until it finishes uploading your conversation to the website!


2 :: (Optional) Upon upload, you may also choose to save the file to your desktop.

3 :: During the upload, you will be automatically logged into the Soltura website so that you can fill out a survey, assessing your experience with that specific language expert.


Congratulations, your call is complete!
